About the event

Contents: This is 1-day seminar is the main dissemination event of  the project. The objective to present the overall results of the  PORTFOLIO project, and to attract professionals from the education  sector so that they try and maybe adopt into their practices our  solution. In particular, the framework for distributed and blended  education as well as the Minor Toolkit will be packaged and presented in  a way that they can be transferable and reusable. We plan to have 6  conferences, one per partner involved in the PORTFOLIO project, and one  external invited personality from the field of educational innovation.  We plan to cover the following topics: Micro-course development for  interconnected education; Distributed education at the European Level;  Blended education for the development of a distributed Minor; Framework  and guidelines for inter-connected education; Hand on tools for  designing and piloting distrusted education. Each session is planned to  be followed by a panel and/or live session of debate among participants.

Target groups: Researchers, professors, teachers and  professional from the training and educative sector. Departments  involved in supporting online education within partner universities will  be also invited. Interested students and other universities  stakeholders are welcome, too. We aim at attracting up to 50 local  participants, 20 foreign participants and 30 virtual participants.

Speakers:  The event will feature speakers from the all-partner organizations that  were responsible for the results of the PORTFOLIO project, as well as  carefully chosen speakers outside of the project sphere.
